History: The Arashi clan were the results of the United governments attempts to create the perfect kekkai genkai which could master all five of the primary Elements: Lightning,Water,Fire,Wind and Earth. However it was marked as a failure when the subjects combined some of the primary elements making the total amount of natures they could control only 4 Lightning,Ice (Water +Wind),Fire and Dust(Earth + Wind). Nonetheless the clan was strong,strong enough that the United government began to fear its power and decided to completely wipe it out one fateful night. Little did they know their were some survivors.
