Side Rules

Secondary Characters

1. Every one is entitled to a secondary character for free as long as they make it before the first chunin exams take place. After that they must have a total post count of 100 to have one. This character can not be of the same rank as your primary character except for genin. Also they can not be from the same village as your original character.

=Additional characters.

1. The Max amount of characters one member can have is 5. You can make, a third one at 150 posts a fourth one at 300 posts and a fifth one at 900 posts.

2 The same terms of the secondary characters apply to these as well.

Weapon Slots

Each Character is given 3 Weapon slots for them to use as they see fit. Some weapons such as Great Swords take up 2 slots as well as weapons for both hands like gauntlets or special gloves.

Bots.

Bots are special npc characters that serve as additional help in battle or out of battle. Although the initially start with no techniques apart from Copy, they can learn basic techniques by mimicking their owners and opponents of their owners

Bot Rules:

1. A bot can only learn learn any ninjustu that they have the same element as. As well as non elemental ninjustu,taijustu or kinjustu.

2. A bot can not learn any kekkai genkai (Not including elemental kekkai genkai) but can learn hidden justu techniques.

3. If a character has a bot they can not preform any summons and it takes up 1 weapon Slot.

2 A character can have a max of 2 bots.

Ranking Up

Initially Kages are NPC however their will be special events in which a Sanin can be appointed Kage after doing a significant deed for their village.

Squad Jounin will be appointed if the jounin chooses to become one, otherwise they will be Npc's

Genin: Just make a Bio thats all.

Chunin: You must qualify in the first 4 to be promoted to a chunin. The Chunin Exams will take place every 2 weeks so Jounin be sure to register you teams effective immideatly.

Jounin: You must pass the special Jounin exams to be promoted to a Jounin by becoming a Jounin you can
either become a Squad Jounin, Special Forces (A member of the United Government) or a member of your Cities ANBU

Sanin: You must have led at least 1 squad past their chunin exams in order to become a sanin it shows that you are a skilled leader and can handle organizing others to achieve a common goal

An alternative means of training is Dual training. Instead of requiring a word count it requires a post count. Meaning instead of writing one long post you can write several short posts.

You can only train with somebody of your same village. If missing-nin you can have another missing-nin train you.
Dual Jutsu Training:
D-rank: Both of you must post 3 times.
C-rank: Both of you must post 6 times.
B-rank: Both of you must post 12 times.
A-rank: Both of you must post 24 times.
S-rank: Both of you must post 48 times.

*This training is required for Student/Teacher training. But can be done by others.

Bot Training.

D-rank: The Bot must Post 3 times.
C-rank: The Bot must Post 6 times.
B-rank: The Bot must Post 12 times.
A-rank: The Bot must Post 24 times.
S-rank: The Bot must Post 48 times.

*This training can only be done with a bot. It counts as Dual Training and therefore they can not be done in the same day.

Justu Rules

1. All jutsu from the anime and manga are allowed.

2. Jutsus that are not allowed go as follow:
-All forms of chidori and rasengan cuz...people like to spazm them.
-Flying thunder god
-Sage Mode
-Eight Gates
-Cursed Seal
-Cursed Impure Resurrection technique (Seriously I dont need epic unkillable zombies walking the earth)

3. Sannin can get 28 jutsus without training. Jonin can get 14 jutsus without training. Chunin can get 7 jutsus without training. After that you have to train for the rest. Know this, it is only if you start off with that rank.

4. Any Sect member can post a new techniqes, whenever they feel but they still have to train for it.

5. If you rank up from Genin to Chunin you gain 2 free justu's if you rank up from Chunin to jounin you gain 3 free justu and if you Rank up from Jounin to Sannin you gain 4 free justu.

-Must train to get jutsu how many words for each jutsu go as follows. Train in your villages training grounds please.

*D-rank jutsu- 100 words.
**C-rank jutsu- 200 words
***B-rank jutsu- 400 words
****A-rank jutsu- 800 words
*****S-rank jutsu- 1600 words

Genin can learn up to C-rank jutsus. If they have a teacher they can learn one A-rank jutsu.

Chunin can learn up to B-rank jutsus. If they have a teacher they can learn 3 A-rank jutsus.

Jonin can learn up to A-rank jutsus, but if given permission from a kage can learn S-rank jutsus.

Sannin can learn up to S-rank justu and are as strong as a kage just without the title and authority the kage has.

Since fighting styles are not ranked they will have 300 words min.

Puppet Rules

1. Genin get 1 puppet. Chunin get 3 puppets. Jonin get 5 puppets. Sanin get 7 puppets and Kage get 9 puppets. Please register all puppets in the weapon registration.

2. You can make a human puppet out of anybody you have killed and they retain all their jutsus and kekkai genkai abilities. You must be chunin to create a human puppet. Each person can have a max of 3 human puppets.

3. To become a self puppet you must be a chunin. Once becoming a self puppet you can transfer yourself to other puppets to stay alive longer.

4. If you become a self puppet, register yourself in the weapon registration. It will not cost you anything but we will need to know what all weapons you will have.

Summoning Rules:
1. No canon summonings. You can make a toad summoning but it must have its own name and own powers.

2. If you make a summoning you will be the holder of that summoning scroll. Meaning if somebody else wants that summoning you have to teach it to them.

3. NO special modes. Ex. Sage Mode.

4. Switching summonings is allowed. You must get rid of your current summoning, then make a pact with the other.

5. Mythical creatures are allowed. But know this no mythical creature is stronger than a plain creature.

6. To make a summoning you must know summoning jutsu.

Missing-Nin Rules
1. D-rank missing-nin are genin level. To go up to C-rank they must kill 3 genin.

2. C-rank missing-nin are chunin level. To go up to B-rank they must kill 3 chunin.

3. B-rank missing-nin are jonin level. To go up to A-rank they must kill 3 jonin.

4. A-rank missing-nin are Sannin level. To go up to S-rank they must either kill 3 Sannin

5. S-rank missing-nin are Kage level. Once here you are one of the most feared shinobi in the world.

6. Missing-nin are allowed to interrupt any mission except D-rank.

7. Missing-nin can join any village except their original village, in which they will be protected by that village but the will not be taken out of the bingo book.

Bijuu Rules:

1. Currently All of the bijuu save for the Hachibi are held captive in the Holding Cells in Inferno when the plot starts moving they will be released.

2. To keep the balance between villages nobody will die encase of a bijuu attack. To seal the bijuu all you need to do is defeat it. Kages pick who the bijuu will be put in. It can be anyone except themselves. The bijuu cannot be put into somebody within a sect.

3. Kages will make the rules for their jinchuriki, as if they are allowed to leave the village on missions or keep them a secret from the world.

4. Bijuu can train their bijuu forms (aka tails) in their home village for up to 6 tails to get additional tails they have to train in Inferno.

5. ANY RACE can become a Jinchuriki it is not limited to ninja. So spread out damn it. Also. If a ninja or a Samurai has a DNA Sect they can not become a Jinchuriki and if a Soulless has an Element they too can not become a Jinchuriki *excluding doppelgangers*

Clone/Doppelganger rules.

Genin ninja can have 2 clones active per time, Genin Souless can have 1 doppelganger active per time.

Chunin can have 4 clones, or 2 doppelgangers active per time

Jonin can have 6 clones, or 2 doppelgangers active per time

Sannin can have 8 clones, or 3 doppelgangers active per time

Kage can have 10 clones, or 3 doppelgangers acive per time

Reincarnation

1. Only applies to clan-less people.

2. When you die you can recreate you character in a different village and they do not know anybody from their previous village.

3. You get to keep your same rank, unless you are kage then you become jounin. And you can have all your previous jutsus.

Student/Teacher Rules:

1.Only Sanin and Jounin can be a teacher and jounin can only have one student while Sanin can have 2.

2. With a jounin teacher a genin can learn one A-rank jutsu that their teacher knows. Chunins can learn 3 A-rank jutsus that their jounin teacher knows.

3 With a Sanin teacher a genin can learn 1 S-rank justu or 2 A-rank justu that their teacher knows Chunins can learn 2 S-rank justus or 4 A-rank justu that their teacher knows.

War and Alliances

War:
1. Any City can issue war with another, but the war will not commence until a arc starts.

2. You can attack a city at any time, but you can no just appear in the village. For example if you decide to attack the Konoha no Shi from Kumo no Shi. You cannot just appear in the Konoha no Shi you must walk along the Skyline and you might be spotted. If you don't i will put a mission where you will be spotted.

3. If you are attacking another village if you win the war you take whatever you want. That includes the Village,Bijuu etc.

Alliance:

1. Alliances can be made with any City or organization.If you ally yourself with the United Government the alliance is permanent and you will never be able to form an alliance with the other Cities

2. To keep things fair and since we don't have that many cities you can only ally yourself with one city or organization.

3. In case of war the allied city must help the other city getting attacked. If they do not well I will let the kage of both cities decide that.

4. Alliances can only be made by kages and they must be face to face.
